2011 Parade Online Registration Form

Registration & Fees (please read)

  1. ALL information is due by the payment deadline (see previous web page for deadlines) in order to qualify for discounts / application rates.

  2. You must submit ALL paper work, including: trade partners and suppliers list, payment, etc.

  3. You may submit your house photo file on a CD or email the to meganp@hbaws.org. When submitting your file via email, please reference the BUILDER NAME and the ADDRESS of the entry in your email.

Please note that no entries or Builder Packets will be accepted after the late entry deadline of 8:00 p.m., August 19, 2011!

Fall Parade - Important Information

Entries: All Parade homes must be unoccupied and not lived in prior to the Parade of Homes.  No personal property of the homeowner is permitted in the house.  The homes are expected to be open both weekends of the Parade if being judged.

Judging:  All Parade homes have the option to be judged, even if they were judged in a prior Parade.

Awards: Trophies are BACK this year for Gold and Silver winners.  Banners will also be given to winners to display at houses.

Celebration:   Venue to be determined, but will have a reception to announce award winners, and a social time with hors d' oeuvres and entertainment.

Marketing: WSJ tabloid, using digital house pictures rather than renderings and floor plans will be used if provided.  Media coverage area for marketing will be throughout the triad, due to our cross promotion with Greensboro Builders Association.

Price: These prices have been approved by the Board of Directors in hopes to be more affordable to builders.  These adjustments are 25% less than 2008’s entry price.
