The Home Builders Association of Winston-Salem represents its professional membership to promote and support the home building and remodeling industry. Established in 1959, the Home Builders Association of Winston-Salem, Inc., is a non profit trade association of building professionals affiliated with the North Carolina Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders.

Governed by an elected Board of Directors, the Association represents all member builders in Forsyth and Stokes counties involved in residential, commercial, remodeling, and land development activities; and associated member businesses and professionals engaged in activities related to the building industry.
